Colliers International takes out two top gongs at REIV C&I Marketing Awards


Colliers International’s Victorian Investment Sales and Office Leasing teams have taken out two gongs at the REIV’s 2015 Commercial & Industrial Marketing Awards. Another two campaigns were named as finalists.

These awards showcase the best in commercial and industrial advertising, marketing and promotion across commercial sales and leasing campaigns.


700 Collins Street: Best Leasing Campaign Budget Between $5-$15k (Tony Landrigan, Edward Knowles)

The Richmond Malt: Best Development Campaign (Jeremy Gruzewski, Peter Bremner)


75 Dorcas Street: Best Leasing Campaign Budget Between $15-$30k (Ben McKendry, Rob Joyes)

170-176 McKinnon Road: Best Sales Campaign Budget Under $5k (Andrew Ryan, Hamish Burgess, Peter Bremner)

The two winning campaigns are now in the running for the Gold Award for Overall Excellence in Marketing, which will be presented at the annual REIV Awards for Excellence on Thursday October 22.
